After 13 fulfilling years in Toronto, our neighborhood pet shop closed during the pandemic - a difficult moment that proved a blessing in disguise. Homes became parks, grooming salons, training grounds and cuddle corners. Walks shifted, routines blurred, and our four-legged family members kept us grounded through it all.

We looked for small ways to make life more comfortable, more balanced, more practical, and more fun, for pets and their people. So we went online. We took the favourites our community loved, refined them, and began delivering our own top-selling essentials at even more affordable prices, worldwide.
